Life Now (Dot's Place)

The Life Now exercise program is a 12 week program aiming to help people living with cancer tolerate and recover from intensive treatments.

This is achieved through building strength, improving fitness, reducing fatigue and learning how to make exercise a part of their lifestyle.

Providing an invaluable home of support for individuals diagnosed with, being treated for, or recovering from cancer,  'Dot's Place' is the South West home of the Cancer Council Australia.

Exercise can help benefit overall emotional and physical health. Life Now classes are available to patients, their families and carers.

The local Life Now class is run by Maximum Results' experienced Exercise Physiologist, Chris Andrew.

To be apart of the Life Now Program, contact the Cancer Council WA  on 13 11 20 or speak to your local GP.
